An application of four dynamical systems of nonlinear first order ordinary differential equations was considered. Therefore, ODE45 was utilized to quantify the impact of a random environmental perturbation on the yields of four competing tuber crops. It was observed that the growth of the four interacting agricultural crops depends on their intraspecies coefficients and also on their inter-species coefficient extensively. Hence, the results of this study extensively established that the farmers should endeavor to harvest their crops at harvesting scenario which is vulnerable to biodiversity. Moreover, the analysis of these results also identified that the farmers should cultivate more of cocoyam which produced 760.0240kg, yellow yam 225.4284kg, followed by cassava quantified by 170.7381kg and finally white yam by -66.6667kg. It is therefore recommended that the cultivators should not hesitate to notify the agricultural policy makers for quick intervention immediately they identify the evidence of environmental perturbation on their crops for optimal maximization of profit and adequate food supply in the society.
